Quote, Profile, Research) iPhone are using them on wireless
networks other than AT&T's, the exclusive iPhone carrier in the
U.S., a "stunning" number that will pressure the company's

used as a means to get folks to view a "news release" being
circulated in email. While the headlines were legitimate, many
individuals became infected in a new P2P based botnet that
featured fast flux server techniques (where clients and servers
change roles so rapidly that the true master servers cannot be
found).

We're used to patent trolls being shifty little bozo operations
like Acacia Research that serve no useful purpose beyond proving
that some life forms never evolve. Sometimes, however, patent
trolls come in larger sizes and have otherwise legitimate
businesses. Such is the case today with Trend Micro's apparently
specious lawsuit against Barracuda Networks and, indeed, the
entire open-source community.
