SMS FAQ: CAPS Lock is Reversed when I use Remote Control

Problem:
When Remote Controlling an SMS client, sometimes the "CAPS Lock" is reversed.

Resolution:
This is dependent on the state of CAPS Lock on the machine you are remotely accessing.

For example, if CAPS Lock is OFF on the local machine AND OFF on the remote machine then they will be in sync.

However, if CAPS Lock is OFF on the local machine but ON on the remote machine, you will need to turn CAPS Lock ON on your machine to turn it OFF on the remote machine.

Once the Remote Control session is ended, CAPS Lock will work normally.
