| How to: Import MOM 2005 Management Packs into OpsMgr 2007 |

Follow these steps to export your MOM 2005 Management Packs, convert them, and then import them into OpsMgr 2007:
- Export the MOM 2005 management packs from MOM 2005 using the Administrator Console
- Using MP2XML from the MOM 2005 resource kit, convert the exported AKM file into a XML file.
- Using MPConvert from the OpsMgr 2007 installation media, convert the MOM 2005 XML file into an OpsMgr 2007 XML file.
- Use the OpsMgr 2007 Operator Console and import the XML file as a management pack.
