Terms and Conditions Payment Terms Registration for Microsoft Management Summit is NOT confirmed until full payment of conference fees has been received. Payment of the total cost (as listed above) is required before attendee is deemed a member of the Platinum Attendee group (first 200 to register), or Early Bird Attendee group (registered and paid by March 15, 2002.) Cancellation Policy In the event that an attendee needs to cancel a registration for the Microsoft Management Summit, the attendee must submit the reason for cancellation to MMS@altiris.com. Cancellations must be received in writing (email) by March 16, 2002, in order to warrant a full refund of conference fees. If an attendee has already paid for the conference in full and would like to send a co-worker instead, please submit a written request to MMS@altiris.com.
