For 2008, this position will focus on migration from one company to the other, with specific emphasis on testing, troubleshooting, problem solving, design requirements and analysis; rebuilding SMS servers, separation of SMS hierarchy and server migration. Ongoing assignment will include SMS design strategy, process and documentation, reporting, specifically enterprise agreement reporting, SMS support for other locations, such as China, other international locations to accommodate our client's growth, SMS def.mof updates, SMS datasheet, Microsoft OSD and implementation of SCCM 07.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor Degree
- Demonstrate technical expertise of all phases of application systems analysis/programming activities
- Demonstrate excellent ability to conduct research to devise and/or modify complex integration of applications and solutions
- Demonstrate experience in providing guidance and advice to various groups on application systems activities
- Demonstrate excellent ability to communicate to all level of management in written and verbal form
- Detailed knowledge of SMS environment, SQL for SMS, administration of packages, collections, reports, advertisements, knowledge of the server build process, server communication (especially parent/child communication), SMS installation, preparation and testing of all new SMS packages, software design, software distribution, design requirements analysis, client install including troubleshooting and DNS issues regarding SMS, good problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Windows 2003 Group Policy, ASP, WMI, VB, WSH scripting, domain migration experience
