 AD Group Discovery Delta Update is not working

AD Group Discovery Delta Update is not working Tuesday, March 07, 2017 6:12 PM (permalink)

It's been 4 months since we upgrade to CB 1606 and AD group discovery was working fine. And now, observing that machines are not getting the security group information. 
  
1. In ADSGDIS.LOG / ddm.log - I couldn't see any errors, but there is no security group information in the machine properties.  
2. Verified DDM.box and could see DDRs are getting processed. 
3.Verified discovery scopes. 
  
We have delta enabled to run every 5 minutes once, but only a full discovery is solving this. Any suggestions how can we resolve this?
