We have deployed Operations Manager 2007 SP1 on a single server. The first thing I'm enabling is Agentless Exception Monitoring and in the spirit of OpsMgr give the help desk power to manage AEM.

I created a new user author role and found that they cannot change the error bucket responses - In a call to Microsoft, found that "by design" only administrators can change error bucket responses.

Has anybody found good workaround?
