All of a sudden, we are finding that adverts are not getting down to child sites from the central. I can see the .OFR file on the central and this is logged in inboxmgr.log for the advert.

Copying E:\SMS\inboxes\offerinf.box\MCC20440.OFR to E:\CAP_MCC\offerinf.box\MCC20440.OFR, OK

If I look at the offerinf.box folders on the child sites, this file does not appear.
Advert Status is not showing the advert has made it to any sites.
Anyone seen this and or resolved?
