I have an agent in pending management and I cannot either approve to reject it. I recevied an exception error.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this agent?

Hi,

You try reject the agent from pending management console first.
Then please disable the service Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) on the client machine in that you are going to install agent. run SCOM 2007 setup.exe from CD media on the client machine with necessary SCOM credentials manually.

FYI

I finally had to uninstall the agent. Then manually removed the row from the AgentPendingAction table in the Operations Manager DB (with Microsoft on the phone)
