App-V , SCCM and 1E Nomad

1E Nomad is used in environment to distribute softwares to different locations, there is only one standard DP and rest 1E Nomad is used. What method (local delivery or streaming) should be used for distributing App-V applications in this scenario?

Just a point of clarification, with Nomad you can still stream from a DP just as you would without Nomad. However if you have disconnected systems as Microsoft recommends you should select the local delivery option in which case Nomad will take over the download.
