I'm trying to capture a Windows image, so I'm having the PC use PXE. So right now I have the PC boot into WinPE and  it looks like it is running the Task. Then the next windows in the wizard tell me it can not access the software. I only have two items in the task, 1st Restart in Windows PE, 2nd Capture OS image. In the OS Image rule, I have it set to dump the image in a share location.

Would there be anything else I'm missing?

Thx in advance

Devon

An option would be to use create a Capture Media (under Task Sequence\Create Task Sequence Media).  It builds a CD that you run within the OS of your image, runs sysprep, reboots, and then uploads the image to the share you designate.

Where are you saving the image? By default the processes are just running as a local system, so the permissions on the destination location need to be setup right.
