Seem to be getting the following error in CCM Exec on alot of machines. Anyone know what is causing it & how to fix.?

System task 'SMSSHA_Startup' returned error code 0x80070005.

have you NAP enabled at all, because it looks NAP related, i'm guessing the SMSSHA is sms system health agent

if NAP is not enabled then it may explain the errors

dont have NAP enabled & at present not in a position to enable it.

I dont get any errors relating to NAP like they mentioned. ie
