I re-ran the WakupSvr.msi with the HEALTH=ON to create the Client Health Collections but they aren't showing up. Is there an alternative way to get there from here?

Didn't you have issues getting these created the first time you installed?

Run (on the SMS/CfgMgr server where you installed WakeUp Server) c:\program files\1e\WakeUServer\WakeUpSvr.exe -AddCollections

Yes I did (good memory!)  http://www.myitforum.com/forums/SMS_Client_Health_Collection_Creation/m_182630/tm.htm

I wasn't sure that there was a new way to get there in version 5.5.1. I'll try your command and see how I do.

Looks like I'm getting the same error I got the last time

The old post mentioned it was caused by a timing issue. Not sure where to go from here.

Odd I don't see the earlier thread we had with you when this originally occurred...

let's do this right and straight off... we need to get a support case opened (support@1e.com) and need the following details/info

WakeUpSvr.log (in Docs&Settings path)
Version of SQL you have there
Current location (if any) of the stored procedure XP_ClientHealth: is it in MASTER or SMS db, or not in either?

Also check CPU utilization on the server to make sure it's not high... with this newest version of SQL (2008) some issues arise where installer mistakes SQL ver as being wrong/unsupported (causes the SP to end up in the wrong place), and a partial install of the collections. I recently had one customer who had a hi CPU scenario as a result. If this is the case with you, uninstall again and reinstall withOUT specifying the client health option. This will keep the CPU cool. Once we're ready to take you back thru this, we'll repeat the proicess *with* health enabled and sort it out.

Did you check the link I added for that earlier post?

I'll open a case with 1e on this. I'm keeping them busy, they are working on 2 other issues for  me (I hope they are).

I did, but nothing definitive there (tho it did answer the SQL version question for me at least)...

we'll need to access the support history to get the final fix they provided to clear this out the last time, and review current log to see what's going on this time.... I just wish I knew why *you* had such interesting challenges with this piece, where few (dare I say none that *i* know of) have these sorts of issues...

East Coast now signing off...

Sandy and I have dealt with the issues.
We had to specify the server during install (Custom Install) and also the SQL is remote.
What this means is that we had to create the assemblies after the fact.
