Odd I don't see the earlier thread we had with you when this originally occurred... let's do this right and straight off... we need to get a support case opened (support@1e.com) and need the following details/info WakeUpSvr.log (in Docs&Settings path) Version of SQL you have there Current location (if any) of the stored procedure XP_ClientHealth: is it in MASTER or SMS db, or not in either? Also check CPU utilization on the server to make sure it's not high... with this newest version of SQL (2008) some issues arise where installer mistakes SQL ver as being wrong/unsupported (causes the SP to end up in the wrong place), and a partial install of the collections. I recently had one customer who had a hi CPU scenario as a result. If this is the case with you, uninstall again and reinstall withOUT specifying the client health option. This will keep the CPU cool. Once we're ready to take you back thru this, we'll repeat the proicess *with* health enabled and sort it out.
