Ive tried every driver on Dells and Broadcom's site.  Including the RIS drvier from Broadcom.
Im using MDT 2008, and PE boots, but it says its unable to find my deployment server, NIC not installed.
I have added the drviers to out of box drivers in MDT 2008.
The NIC is a broadcom NetExtreem II NIC card.  Broadcom says I need to use the monolithic driver, which I am doing...

ANy help out there for me ??? ANything... Please.......

thanks !

what dell are you using?  I've got some generic NIC drivers I use that seem to be ok for WinPE.

I recently had to fight with the Broadcom NetXtreme II drivers also. The monolithic drivers were the answer for us. There is a little known tool in PE called drvload (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc766390.aspx)  that will allow you to load drivers on the fly. Just put all of your drivers on a USB key and load them one by one using this command-line. After each one, check ipconfig to see if it was right. No need to reboot or include the drivers in PE itself.

EdwardKK:  Its a Dell 2950 PwoerEdge server with broadcom Net Extreeme II Nic cards.

Jsandsys:  Ill check that out. At least this may be a way for me to find the NIC driver that works, in which i can load into PE.
Thanks both to you.
