Here is a descripion of what I am seeing - I have the standard categories in the left pane ("Reports", "Dashboards", "Computer Details..."), however, none of these categories have a plus sign (+) next to them to expand each section. When I select any of these categories, I get a right pane that does not inlcude any reports/dashboards. Computer Details opens to a new window, containing no further options to drill down and the "Values..." button is greyed out.

This seems like it could be a rights issue to me, but I have full rights to view all of the standard reports. Also, to the best of my knowledge, this is a standard installation with no customizations.

Has anybody faced this before? Any thoughts on what could be hiding these items from me besides rights? Thanks in advance for you feedback.

I have attached a screenshot to better visually represent my issue.

Are your logon id added to the SMS Reporting Users Group? You need to be in this group in order to access reports and you need to have access either to the Reporting class or one or many of the Instances.
