Status: offline 		Because recent accumulative IE updates for IE6 and IE7 are different files, so I have to create two collections to deploy appropriate updates. Any one have any better ideas? Thanks a lot.

Status: offline 		you could write a script that checks the iexplore.exe version and deploys accordingly that way you would only need 1 collection for ie hf deploys.

Status: offline 		It should be mentioned that the machines will only install patches that it needs.  If you have a package with IE6, IE7, IE8 patches then the machine will install IE7 patches only (based on the scan) so you don't need to split them out.  They can all be in the same package.

Status: offline 		I know the updates can install correctly because of the version control in the patch, my problem is the report would show a lot will fail IE7 patch because they are IE6.
BTW, how to install ITMU and how to use it?
