Good day, I am getting an error message on the ConfigMgr PXE service point

The message is sms site component manager failed to reinstlal this component on this site system.

I checked the sitecomp.log and see the following

Waiting for changes to the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Configuration Manager\inboxes\sitectrl.box" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Configuration Manager\inboxes\sitecomp.box" directories, servers will be polled in 56 minutes, 53 seconds...
