Hi guys,
I have create consoles to some people because they need to take advantege of sms console, they want take remote control...
I cloned the sms admin rights to the new user over COLLECTIONS, I installed the sw on all machines, when I am configuring the console I can see the only branch that I configured... but I can't see anything... only a message that say me that there isn't any to see...

help me please!

Hi!
I cloned the sms admin rights... and alter on I include them on one active directory group, later on I include that gruop on site database-site hierarchy-site_name-site settings-client agents- remote tools client agent-security

It worked nice one day but the next day all the right are as if they don't have any !!!!
And then in the user console when I like do a remote control show me a window asking for user and password with right!!!
What am I doing wrong???
