I need to extract the Dell Chipset driver executable so that I can add it to my driver database in SCCM. For some of our older Dells (GX270, GX280) I was able to run a "-a -p" on the setup.exe found within the executable that I downloaded from Dells site.

When I got to our GX520/620's I noticed that the setup.exe was packaged differently. It does not respond to any command line switches that I throw at it. I called Dell and they said they do not have any documentation on the command line switches.

Any ideas?

Download the chipset drivers directly from Intel. Dell does not do anything special to them except package them up and make them available for download.
