I' trying to deploy software using a batch file but it doesn't work

I have ensure that administrative rights is checked on the packeage for installation
The share from where files are taken has everyone full control
but when I send the advertissement it fails saying acces denied

This batch file call an oracle installation, it installs another applications which it only binaries

Can you please give me an idea,

When I luch the applicaiton as local admin, it works no problem

1. run from DP or
2. download  from DP
