Status: offline 		'download content & mapped drive required'.  If you've set you're advertisement to download, and also set the program within the package to require a drive letter, once the policy hits the client it doesn't make sense.  You're asking it to download locally so it can run from cached content, but then requiring it to map a network drive letter to local content.

I'd take away the require a drive letter in the program properties.
