Status: offline 		There are so many companies and brands for web-conferencing appliances that I am really confused after checking all of them. Can anyone suggest me the best one which is economical but at the same time does not compromise on security and can be used for multiple offices running the web conferencing system together.

Status: offline 		Given your requirements for security and costs, I think you should use web conferencing appliances rather than hosted solutions. Check out Rhub's TurboMeeting - http://www.rhubcom.com/ - which not only has one of the best security features in the industry but also extremely cost effective as there are no monthly charges. Only a one time fee which can be recovered within 3 to 4 months.
