Has anyone successfully installed the Engyro to TEC connector on an RMS Cluster (64 bit OS)? I have installed this connector using a single (non-clustered RMS 32bit) in my sandbox and it worked fine. When I try to do this using clustered 64 bit RMS servers, the Connector installs but the WebConfig does not work. The documentation has a lot of gaps on the actual install method and there are several known work arounds.

The engyro connector does not work on x64. Saw this in the engyro newsgroup.

I should have been more specific and said the Remedy connector from Engyro is not supported on x64 RMS.
There are a few posts on engyro and x64 on the news group.

Correct, the Engyro to Remedy Connector x64 is not supported, the others are. I finally got it working, but I had to do several work-arounds (32 bit IIS mode, etc) and fight the WebConfig install. After all was done, it works except when a fail-back is done, both connectors show as connected to TEC. I was told this is a UI problem and that only one connector was actually active.

If anyone needs info on how I did it, let me know. I am getting it all on paper for later use...

I'm also fighting with an Engyro connector towards HP OVO on a 64 bit RMS. I think I ran through the IIS stuff, but can you give me maybe your info so i can check with mine?
In the logging I see things going to the OO server but at the OVO they do not receive anything.
