Hello, i'm encountering a problem with a patch installation via ITMU.

On all computeurs we can see in event manager : Error 1603 with MSI Installer and i don't know what's going wrong...

If someone have the same error and know how to fix it, i will be very grateful

what your logs say.. The error is such a generic error.. Have you had this problem before, had successfull installs in the past. Do you have the updated Windows installer?

I have got succesful patch (for XP) in the past and i have windows installer last build.

The problem is with office patch.

My logs says this but don't tell me what happen :/

Check your rights. Are you running it with the users rights this time?

no i'm running ITMU with administrator's rights, that is the problem ?
I have an exit code with windows update agent x80070002, i have done what they say on microsoft supports but nothing change, i have the 1603 errors :/
