From the workstation, is it a way to find who launch the installation of this workstation from RIS?
It is possible to know the server name where RIS is but is it possible to know who start and logon in RIS?

If memory serves, its been a while since I've used RIS, there will be a $winnt$.inf file in the system32 folder that may have the data you are looking for.

If I know a the RIS server name, would it be possible to interrogate with a script something and finding the information?

interrogate what?  The server or the client?  Server probably not as that temp data gets deleted once the build is complete.  The client, possibly.  That all depends on exactly what you are looking for and where.

When you start a RIS (F12), login and then create a computer account, there is an event appearing in the event viewer.

The technicians are asking me a way to see who launched the installation and which computer account was enter by the tech.

I was wondering if it would be possible during the computer setup to start a vbscript querying the server event viewer for that particular computername, event and date (today) then retrieving that information and storing it in a log.

The next part of my question is:
1. How many RIS/WDS server are possible on a same domain?
2. Is it possible to query the AD about which computer are RIS/WDS?

Why can't you just read creator/owner of the computer object, plus the datecreated from AD?

Because the creator/owner is DomainAdmins and not the username
