Hi All
For some reason my patch deployment this month is not finishing installing all patches (7 of 9) with the error: "Software update installation is cancelled because change window duration expired" after 10 minutes though i have the timeout period set for 90 minutes.  Here is relevant info from patchinstall.log and my command line for the program:

PatchInstall.exe /g:0 /n /f /l:100 /q /c:2 /t:90 /m:"PatchAuthorize.xml"

patchinstall.log
PARAMETER: Grace Period (/g option) supplied with value = (0) hours
PARAMETER: Persistent icon remind interval (/n option) supplied with default value = (180) minutes
PARAMETER: Forced Reboot (/f option)
PARAMETER: Change Window duration (/l option) supplied with duration value = (100) minutes
PARAMETER: Run in quiet (windowless - /q option) mode
PARAMETER: Countdown Period (/c option) supplied with value = (2) minutes
PARAMETER: Failsafe Timeout Period (/t option) supplied with value = (90) minutes

--Installs 7 of the 9 patches successfully, then Error: Software update installation is cancelled because change window duration expired

The advertisement mandatory assignment is not old either...

Any advice???

Under the requirements tab of the program what is the maximum run time that you have set?

And that /l switch means you have no more than 100 minutes to complete all the patches.  Can you boost that?  I know - why should you if the thing is bailing out after just 10 minutes.  But there is scan time too.

Don't use /l switch. You already have /t switch for failsafe. Try without /l switch.

The max run time on the environment tab is just default(unknown), i did notice that the disk space is really close.  Not sure if i set that or it's set auto from the wizard.  I'll try bumping that.  I'll also try removing the /l switch or boost the number.

Thansk all!
