We've had some stubborn clients at times and have had to use a variety of these three...

1. CCMSETUP.EXE /Uninstall
2. Use SMS 2003's CCMCLEAN.EXE utility
3. Grab the software GUID from the "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall" subkey and use msiexec.exe /x {GUIDnumber}

Just my two cents...

CCMClean.exe should not be used to remove the client.

Thanks everyone. /uninstall hook worked. CCMClean I found was for only SMS 2003 and the toolkit will not install after SCCM 2007 is installed.

Yeah, I should have said... As a last ditch effort we've even tried using the CCMCLEAN.EXE utiliy - which worked on a very stubborn client...

Uninstalll SMS 2003 Install SCCM

--Uninstalll SMS 2003
ccmclean.exe /all /q
-- Install SCCM
ccmsetup.exe /noservice SMSSITECODE=GR1
--If you have computer's cloned
ccmdelcert.exe
NET STOP "SMS Agent Host"
NET START "SMS Agent Host"
exit
