IIS is failing to start on the Server running MS Windows Server 2003. Consequently it has affected the other applications that depend on it for example, Exchange 2003 because the SMTP is also failing to start. this has led to emails not being delivered both locally and externally. MSSQLSERVER is also not running. we use the MSSQLSERVER for the pastell accounting system.

Is there a way of uninstalling IIS 6.0 and installing a fresh copy.
