We used MBSA before, but microsoft stopped its support last year. After that, we manully deploy each update in SMS.... A lot of work..... :(
I am wondering if we deploy ITMU in our SMS2003, is there caveats that we should consider?

Any installation reference would be greatly appreciated.

The references on Microsoft site here, here, here, and here should help.
No caveats really, but you need to consider methodology. Some use one big package for updates, others break them up different ways. I do a monthly package myself.

My only hint would be not to store the update sources on the site server when you download them. You want to stick them off on the network somewhere.

Thanks a lot. Your reference seems focused on SP1.Any reference on ITMU 3?
