Does anyone know where I might be able to find some instrucions on incorporating WSUS into SCCM? I know there is a way for SCCM to take over the management of MS updates, but no one here knows how to effectively do it. Any suggestions would be helpful.

ConfigMgr takes over an installation of WSUS by using a Software Update Point (SUP). Have you reviewed the info on technet: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb680701.aspx?
