Move your DC from OU on which GPO is applied for running logon scripts

Your Dc should be in the domain controllers container in ADUC and should not get policies.

Domain Controllers should remain in your Domain Controllers OU.  Typically the only Group Policy Object(GPO) linked to this OU is the "Default Domain Controllers Policy", although you can link more GPOs if you need.

To apply a GPO to your client computers only:
1) Create a new GPO with your policy settings
2) Link the GPO to the OU that contains your client computers (typically the "Computers" OU).

As long as the GPO is only linked to the Computers OU then it will not be applied to your Domain Controllers.
Also, if you have client computers in multiple OUs, then you will need to link the GPO to those OUs as well.

I hope this helps.
