There are no published tools that I know of, but if you are wanting to monitor SCCM operational activities, like MIF processesing and other similar activities, you can build web reports that leverage status messages. I have several reports built that I can use to trend badmifs, badsinvs...over 6 months. But if you are looking for true performance like CPU utilization, etc, then you can use the performance monitors builtin to the OS (performmon.msc). And if you have MOM/SCOM, then you can get it from there as well.
