First, lets take a look and see if there are any status messages that have queued up. Check the statmgr.box located in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\inboxes (if the default path was used) and check the Stat.box located in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\MP\OUTBOXES. There should be no files or very little in these folders. If there is many, then take a look at the stamgr.log and mpfdm.logs and see if there are any errors. Also, check within the logs and see if there is any activity. If there is none, then there is a problem elsewhere. Lets give this look and let me know.
