I need the ability to re-build a Config Mgr client as a baremetal machine via PXE.

My problem is that after I build a machine, I delete the client object from the database, but the machine won't rebuild as baremetal.  I think WDS is caching previous IDs of machines that have been built via PXE. The way around this is to restart the WDS service to flush the cache, but this is no good as a long term fix. I think WDS clears the cache every 60 mins or so. Does anyone know if there's a way to ramp this up?

Cheers
Mark.

It's not WDS doing the caching. ConfigMgr does this.

There's no way to change the cache interval or to force it to flush (other than restarting WDS or restarting the CcmExec service).
