How do i setup a deployment from a server unc but without it downloading & running locally? I want it to run from the UNC location.

You can change the settings within the advertisement whether the package is to be downloaded or run from UNC.

All my packages are set Drive Mode Run from UNC but they still download & run locally.

Mark, you mention your packages are set... but Ingrid meant in your Advertisements. Look at the advertisement properties, on the Distribution Points tab.

I get you now..

I could of sworn ive seen a bit where you can get to download or not but the package I was looking at wasnt advertised thus misseed those bits.

Ill set there & give it a go..
