I have two packages, one is known good and the other brand new. Both have shown up on the test machines as advertised programs, but neither have installed. On the SMS 2003 server it doesn't indicate either program has started either, although they show installed on the dist. point. All of the status reports are successful. We have two distribution accounts. One keeps getting locked out. But, the primary account is fine.

What is their mandatory start time?  Is it possible the test machine is in a time zone later than the server?  For example, if mandatory start time is noon, but the client's time zone is 2 hrs earlier, it might be waiting for noon?

Just to add...if I dont add in the advertisement Mandatory Assignments "As soon as possible", my packages will get sent to the computer, but just sit there until the user starts it up. The user will 99% of the time not even notice the advertisement even being available. So it just sits there. I throw on the "As soon as possible" option, then it will start up just fine.
