Hi all,
I'm trying to push out several patches but keep getting the same end result in my PatchInstall.log file:

"INSTALL FAILED: UpdateID=yadayadayada very long winded"
"Win32 exit code description=The system cannot find the file specified."

I've tried installing from MP/DP as well as downloading into local cache but still get this same error. When I attempt to browse to the Executable = location in the INSTALL FAILED line on the client I can see the file locations and the files no problem.

The package I'm pushing is automatically setup using ITMU with default switches. Is there something missing locally on the client that is needed to start/run the patch install process?

Never mind, everything is working as it should. I must be doing something wrong with importing patches manually. I'm trying to patch computers from an SMS server that does not have internet access. I download the kb123456-x86.exe patches and copy to sms server and try to import them in and I must be doing something wrong as it isn't working. Time for holidays so I'll take this back up in a couple weeks.
