OpsMgr 07 SP1 64 bit.
Trying to enable Discoveries on physical disks for a group of computers. As soon as I click the "override" box to Enable the override for discovery, I get an error that says "The value does not match the parameter type. Enter or select a vlid value", even though the type is "boolean" and the value is "true".
Anyone had luck enabling physical disk counters?

I believe that I have encountered a similar issue. Here's what I did. Create the override with the default values. After the override is created, go back and edit the parameters to your liking. For example, in your case pwstrain, create the override leaving the boolean value false, click OK to save it, and then go back and edit the boolean value.

Let us know if this doesn't work for you.

Actually, this was a big "Doh!" moment for me when I finally got it.
You have to click on the check box on the left that says "Enforced" before it will accept the "True" parameter. Once you do that, all is golden and discovery starts happening.
Since the discovery is off by default, you have to set it to override it.
Doh!
