Does anyone have a list of hotfixes that were released after SMS 2003 SP3?

Client wise, I think this is the bog one: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941395

The latest WUA is nice to have and the old WMI stability patch.

Are you talking about the WUA 3.0 that is required for ITMU v3? The one that is a dependency program?

Isn't the old WMI stability patch included in 941395?

I don't think so. That article says nothing about Repdrvfs.dll which is updated as a part of WMI stability.
