I sent an advertisement to about 130 PCs, they are a mix of W2K and XP. 1 W2K PC rejected it with "Program rejected (wrong platform)" error. Per SMS the "Last Boot Up Time" was 3/3/2008 (5 months ago). I had the user run the repair option form within the Systems Management interface, no change. I remoted into the PC, ran ccmclean.exe, then reinstalled. Next I clicked the "Discover" for SMS site code and it couldn't find it. I manually typed in the site code and looked like everything started working within a few minutes, on the Systmes Management interface that is. I ran repair again from the PC, no change, still couldn't discover site code. I then ran Repair Cleint, Refresh HW and SW inventory remotely, no change. I searched google and nothing like this was found. they all said check program requirement, which if that was incorrect half the PCs would be rejecting it, not just one. Any ideas??? Thanks!
