I have some questions related to SMS client side

1. I want to check whether any SMS client actions are running currently, using VC++ code. Can you someone please suggest me regarding this.

2. I can see some set of client actions on the client side, i want to know details of those actions. I mean to say, i want to know which client actions corresponds to which purpose???
