A workstation person was getting the following message on one workstation in our domain when attempting to remote control through Remote Tools(I also got the same message):
Credentials Required: The currently logged-in user does not have rights to access the client machine.  You must provide the username, domain, and password of an account in the client's remote control operators group.

If I look at the status messages it states:

failed to start a Remote Tools session with "xxxxxx" due to insufficient security credentials.

I have domain admin rirghts and this workstation is on the domain and I can browse it just fine.  I have uninstalled and reinstall the SCCM client to see if that might do the trick but no luck.  Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Have you granted your account (or more approriately an AD group for Remote Control which you would be a member of) rights within SMS?

Yes, thanks for asking.  There is only one workstation where this is happening.  3000 workstations where it is working without any issues.  Anything that could be different on the workstation side?
