It's basically a wmi entry, which you can toggle.  I never thought to inventory it, though.  Wouldn't be too difficult to add to the mof, if you really need it.  I didn't care what it was set at, I just needed the ability to switch it on or off at the tech's discretion, so I added it to Ron's Web Remote Console as a button for the techs.  Let me know if you need a mof snippet to add to sms_def.mof for reporting; I could throw one together.

Sorry.  Got distracted by other things.  I'll add it to my "list of things to test & blog"...

rdivan, try this.  Add it to sms_def.mof, at the bottom.

[ SMS_Report     (TRUE),
SMS_Group_Name ("Terminal Service Setting"),
SMS_Class_ID   ("CUSTOM|Terminal_Service|1.0") ]
class Win32_TerminalServiceSetting : SMS_Class_Template
{
[SMS_Report (TRUE)      ] uint32 AllowTSConnections;
[SMS_Report (TRUE), key ] string ServerName;
};
