Hi.
I am trying migrate my old ZTI/SMS solution to ZTI/SCCM and MDT.
The first problem appears after I have specified the ResourceRoot for my drivers.

I can see in the log file that ZTIGather using the CS.ini in my ResourceRoot package, instead of my CS Package in Gather Sequence Task.

How should I do to get this work? I don’t want to have two locations to update CS.ini.

Hi,
I've treated ResourceRoot as legacy in ConfigMgr and not used it at all. The only thing we used to need it for was providing a location for drivers and the Task Sequence engine handles driver injection via appy or auto apply very capably without needing you to provide it with a specific location.

As the whole TS engine is so well integrated with the ConfigMgr hierarchy I can't think why you'd need resource root any more..?

Yes, i think that correct but i still want to use the Out Of the Drivers from my MDT.
I don’t know how i can make this happen, maybe run the ztidrivers.wsf file in the task seq?.

You really wanting to be using the OSD\Drivers node in SCCM to manage your drivers.  MDT/SCCM integration is limited.  You want to import the task sequence templates and you will want to create a settings package if you want to use your MDT database.

This working great! I just added Inject driver script into the Task Sequence, and changed the Toolkit package to my Driver Package created to MDT.
