Hi,

Please provide me the information to auto restart the windows services like Print Spooler/Messenger services with OpsMgr "Diagnostic and Recovery" tab facility. I tried to configure for Print Spooler service, but it is not starting auto matically.
Please provide me the steps to configure this facility. it is urgent.

Hi ykg,

1. When you create your new recovery be sure to check 'Run this task automatically'
2. Under 'Configure command line Execution' setting screen, type the command '%windir%\System32\net.exe'
3. Under 'parameter', type 'start Messenger'
4. Set working directory as '%Windir%'
5. Set a timeout (120 sec normally)

That should do it for you.
