Is it a good practice to restart SCCM server, let's say, once every week as part of maintainence process? Does anyone do this in your environment? Sometimes I ran into problems with components or the server itself seems to be slow and restarting seems to help. What are the real benefits, if there's any, as far as restarting the server?

We do monthly as part of the patch cycle. I think that's an OK practice. Every week? I think that might be overkill.

I agree once a week is a bit much. We only do it during patch cycle or when other maintenance is required.
