SCCM 100% CPU processing

SCCM 100% CPU processing - 9/25/2008 4:17:19 PM

Status: offline 		I am having random secondary sites start reporting a failed SMS_MP_FILE_DISPATCH_MANAGER component. When I log onto the server that is reporting the problem it is showing 100% cpu usage by the smsexec.exe process. I have to kill the process for it to stop or it will sit there like that for hours. I pulled the log and pasted it below. I cant figure out what is causing this so any advice is much appreciated.
