Status: offline 		I am wanting to integrate the helpdesk into being able to create advertisements and deploy out packages.  I am concerned though about the account used to install the packages.  Right now i have a domain admin account defined to install packages (which is required for our servers), but i would like to have a seperate group that will only has local admin rights on user's pcs to run what the helpdesk creates.  Is this possible??

Status: offline 		Yes you can do that,

All you have to do is to add, HelpDesk Group as a LocalAdmin. to all client computers!, which you will do it with this commands from SCCM (net localgroup "Administrators" "Domain\HelpDesk" /add ) .
