In my lab:

PC1: windows 2008 server, ADDS, IIS, DHCP, DNS, WINS, SCCM 2007 SP1, SQL SERVER 2005
PC2: windows XP SP3

SCCM: MP, RP, DP, FP
After I configured boundaries (192.168.1.0/24), I can't find any resources using any discovery methods except the server itself.

Thanks a lot.

Stupid question but have you set your site boundaries?

The boundaries are only required to assign a client to a site, but not for discovery.
At least AD system discovery should discover the clients and enter them into the database if it's setup properly. Did you check the "discovery as soon as possible" or just entered a certain schedule? Check the adsysdis.log if the 2 PCs are showing up in there. Your SCCM machine account needs at least read rights to the AD container to be able to discover clients in AD.
