SCOM 2012 and SCCM 2012 on a VM

Hi Does anyone know if you can install SCOM2012 on a virtual machine that has SCCM2012 on it? What problems might occur? Both versions are RC Thanks

I installed it on the server after taking a snapshot. It seems to work fine, a bit slow because the RAM needs to be increased.
